At Sydney Ice Baths, we specialise in creating high-quality, affordable, and easy-to-use ice baths — designed for everyday recovery, resilience, and routine.
What started as one backyard build quickly became a mission to make cold-water therapy accessible to everyone, not just elite athletes. Our baths are built for real people — tradies, parents, athletes, and wellness seekers — who want to feel better, move better, and show up stronger every day.
Each bath is hand-built locally for long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance. Our mission is simple: to deliver quality, reliable ice baths that make recovery convenient, consistent, and affordable — helping you turn cold therapy into part of your everyday routine.
For years, Nathan struggled with inflammation, joint pain, fatigue, and brain fog. He tried everything from vitamins, stretching, clean eating, but nothing made a lasting difference.
Then he discovered cold plunging/ ice baths.
After trying a few sessions at local wellness centres, he noticed an immediate shift — less pain, better energy, and a calmer, clearer mind. But between working six days a week and raising two young kids, the time and cost of regular visits just wasn’t realistic.
So, he built his own.
What started as one backyard setup quickly became a daily ritual and soon, a passion project.
Sydney Ice Baths was born from a simple goal: to make the benefits of cold-water therapy accessible to everyone.
Now, we build affordable, easy-to-use ice baths that help you recover faster, feel better, and stay consistent — without the ongoing cost or inconvenience of wellness centres or gyms.

Fill out our quick form. We’ll confirm your specs and send an invoice for your deposit — no complicated checkout, no hidden fees.
Step 2: We Build Your Bath
We’ll arrange delivery or pickup, with setup and maintenance instructions included. Plug it in, fill it up, and you’re ready to plunge.
Ongoing support provided after purchase.
Step 3: Pick up / Delivery & Setup
Each unit is hand-assembled, tested, and ready to plug in, usually within 1 week.
